Cancel an Order
Using the withdrawal declaration below, you as a consumer can declare the withdrawal from a distance contract concluded with Index-Hosting (Kurz & Lankow GbR) via this website. Fill in the fields below and then click "Confirm withdrawal". We will confirm receipt of your declaration without delay by email, stating the date and time.

Important note on digital services
Index-Hosting provides digital services (e.g. servers, hosting, domains). For these, your right of withdrawal expires pursuant to Section 356 (4)/(5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) as soon as the order is complete and the service has been provided automatically and in full – with your express consent and acknowledgment given during the ordering process. In these cases, there is generally no longer a right of withdrawal, so a withdrawal cannot be accepted.
